What we collect

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your unit preference (inches or centimeters) and your ruler calibration are saved in your own browser’s local storage and never sent to us.

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, page and message you enter. We use them only to reply and to fix the page you report, and we delete messages after 12 months.

Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. If aggregate analytics are enabled they are cookieless and do not identify you.

Third parties

Some pages may link to retailers. If you buy through those links, the retailer may set its own cookies under its own policy. See our affiliate disclosure.

Your choices

To have a message you sent deleted, email [email protected]. Clearing your browser’s site data removes the saved preferences.
